NHD Topic Selection

I chose Little Rock Nine for my NHD project because I am interested in the Little Rock Nine time period. Little Rock Nine is important to history because without their effort it would have been a little bit harder for blacks to get inter-racial schools. For this weeks research I found an articl at (www.nps.gov/nr/travel/civilrights/ar1.htm) I will read and summarize it for next week.

Presidential Election

I think that Barack Obama would be a great president because he addresses a main problem in America's society, which is abortionin the right way. I think that a woman should have the choice wether or not they want to have a child or not , and Barak obama thinks the same way.
On the other hand John McCain disagrees totaly, he is not for abortion.

Why I Chose My School

I chose my school because I want to study law. I also chose to come here because I want to get a better understanding of today's government. I also love history. I chose it because I thaught it would be challenging. I also chose this school because I want take mock trial and I hear they have a good mock trial team.
